We Together!- COVID-19 precautions by Yusaki Elevator

In 2020, the new coronavirus pneumonia (also known as Wuhan pneumonia, COVID-19) has been raging all over the world. Taiwan has received attention and praise from all over the world because of its sound public health system and the active cooperation of the entire citizens during this pandemic period.

In order to protect the health of employees and fulfill the corporate social responsibilities, Yusaki Elevator has implemented a series of plant-wide precautions to COVID-19 since late February this year. In addition to restricting sales personnel from business trips, Yusaki has also implemented an entry and exit monitoring, by having name registration and temperature check for all visitants, suppliers, and vehicle drivers. If the temperature exceeds 37.5 ℃, they won’t be allowed to enter the company and factory.

75% alcohol disinfectant and hypochlorous acid water are also placed in all meeting rooms, which are being used to clean and disinfect daily from time to time. In March, the second phase of the prevention measures has been implemented, which the entry and exit monitoring was done by having temperature check on all employees to strengthen the employees’ independent health management.

Furthermore, Yusaki also provides a bottle of 75% alcohol disinfectant for each passenger elevator and home elevator which is being maintained by Yusaki, in order to assist users to disinfect their hands while riding elevator, reducing the risk of infection when touching the elevator buttons.

Taiwan ’s current epidemic prevention achievements are certainly remarkable. In addition to the active actions and hard work of the Taiwan Centers for Disease Control, it also depends on the cohesion of all the people ’s epidemic prevention concepts and consciousness to effectively prevent the epidemic.

Although Taiwan has been diagnosed with 0 local case few days in a row, this does not mean that the prevention measure should be loosened. It is advised to continue maintaining healthy habits to prevent the virus attack. We are hoping and praying that this pandemic will end soon. Looking forward to the day that everyone can shake hands and embrace each other again as how it should be!

Cheer up Taiwan! Cheer up World!
